I just figured it out...the target audience for the Passport is people who love the H onda brand but don’t have an upgrade path except to the Pilot. hmm

Pretty much. her CRV has nearly 200k miles on it and a replacement A/C compressor is the only non-routine maintenance we’ve had to do to it, so she want’s to stick with Honda and wants more space.
I wanted her to get a Subaru, but she said they weren’t nearly as comfortable, and even she said the Crosstrek was a dog, s o Passport it is.

Hey HHFP,
My uncle is looking at a passport. during the summer my fmiloy gets a beach permit to drive on sand. not daytona flat, but in many areas soft sand.
I understand it has sand mode, but to me that is still nowhere near adequate for the soft stuff. More of an emergency setting. any feedback?

i bet it would do fine. it seems to be pretty good overall. Mosely tire pressure though. get a good compressor, a tire deflator and maxtra
x and play
